About Michel Friang Photography

French-born photographer Michel Friang is an interior and architecture photographer who has spent the last twenty years traveling the world for commissioned assignments and independent projects.

Michel's work has taken him to many locations like Argentina, Australia, Malaysia, Mauritius, Japan and Taiwan.

Michel's clients include architects and contractors who appreciate his eye for lighting and keen attention to detail, as well as interior designers developing portfolios for potential clients. He also works for homeowners who want to showcase renovations, exceptional artwork or architectural designs.

Throughout his career, Michel has been fortunate enough to photograph a range of subjects, from upscale hotels, private residences, art galleries, museums and recording studios to iconic architectural landmarks such as the Colon Theater in Buenos Aires, the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur and the Sydney Opera House.

Michel lives in New York, where he has taught portfolio photography at the New York School of Interior Design in Manhattan.
